Shipping, Handling & Processing
We are a small family run studio. Please allow 2-6 weeks for handling and processing. We will endeavour to have your order shipped ASAP. We ship from Queensland, Australia. We do not operate on the weekends or public holidays, as we are switching off, filling up our self-care cups.
We endeavour to ship orders as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind, if artwork has gone viral, there may be a delay. We are doing everything to make sure your artwork arrives as soon as possible.
Please keep in mind shipping delays are out of our control and we are unable to speed the process up. Once it is sent, it is in the hands of the postal company. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email via the email address you provided at checkout. A tracking number will be provided to you via this email.
If you have not received your delivery notification it may be that your order is not yet complete, the email has gone into your junk folder, or your email address was entered incorrectly. Contact us if you think the email has gone astray.
We appreciate your patience and will endeavour to get your order into your hands ASAP.

Certificate of Authenticity
Original artwork and Limited Edition Fine Art prints will arrive with a Certificate of Authenticity (C.O.A).
Artwork Handling Hot Tips:
Handle with care.
Make sure your hands are clean and dry before handling.
For longevity, display in a moisture-free room out of direct sunlight.
If getting professionally framed: Before opening postage package, take straight to framers. Let them sort it.
If framing yourself: (If image arrives rolled) Lay image flat under some weight and let sit for 24-48 hours before framing.
Artwork size
Artwork advertised, in images/photographs, may not be to scale to your room and/or wall. Please check dimensions of artwork before purchase.
Artwork colour
Colours and tones of artwork may vary due to screen devices.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please photograph the damaged packaging PRIOR to opening and photograph the damaged products and contact us as soon as possible. Every case is addressed individually and as quickly as possible by the staff and will be followed up with the delivery company.
