Shipping

Fine art prints are shipped via Australia Post. On occasion, due to weight and/or size, it may be sent via an alternative courier.

Originals will be posted via one of our trusted courier companies.

A tracking number will be provided to you via email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received your delivery notification it may be that your order is not yet complete, the email has gone into your junk folder or your email address was entered incorrectly.

Handling & Processing

We are a small family run studio.  Please allow 2-6 weeks for handling and processing. We will endeavour to have your order shipped ASAP.  We ship from Queensland, Australia. We do not operate on the weekends or public holidays, as we are switching off, filling up our self-care cups.

International Shipments

Yes, we ship internationally. Please contact us before purchase.

Please note that international shipments may incur additional charges above & beyond the shipping charges. These charges are calculated by your country of residence and are collected upon delivery and may include brokerage fees, import duties, taxes, etc… Every country and every shipment vary, and is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of their country’s fees and requirements.

International shipments are subject to delays. They may be delayed by customs or estimated for a delivery time into the country and not necessarily to your specific location. When shipping internationally, please allow extra time for delivery to account for possible delays.

Returns and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged please photograph the damaged packaging PRIOR to opening and photograph the damaged products and contact us as soon as possible. Every case is addressed individually and as quickly as possible and will be followed up with the delivery company.

If your order arrives and is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible.

We do not offer returns, refunds, credits, or exchanges for change of mind.

As per Australia’s consumer protection laws, shipping fees on any and all returned items are not covered by us.

We offer a 14 day return policy on eligible orders. 14 days is from proof of delivery. 

Please be mindful that colour of artworks vary between devices and real life. We endeavour to represent the artwork colour accurately.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

Fine Art Prints: Only if prints are unhandled and in their original packaging, will they be eligible for return. If returned prints are deemed unfit upon inspection for any reason, we reserve the right to deny a refund.

Originals: All original artwork purchases are final.  No refund available.
